Orunmila, the mythological Yoruba god of divination, healing and destiny. He was also revered as the teacher of mankind, kind of like Prometheus with the Greeks.
In my design, his mask is loosely based on the Ekiti "Epa" masks. The glowing eyes on the headdress signify his divination abilities. The circling globes symbolize Orunmila's mythical role in the creation of Earth.
